LiveClass meters participant minutes, recording minutes, streaming minutes, and storage. Each plan includes a monthly allowance per meter. Usage beyond the included allowance is billed at the published per-minute rate. Background API calls never count against the meter.

One participant in the room for one minute. A 50-attendee, 60-minute session uses 3,000 participant minutes. Breakout rooms share the same meter as the main room.

Can I switch between plans?

Yes. Upgrades are prorated and applied immediately; downgrades take effect on your next renewal date. Switching between monthly and annual billing is one click from the billing page.

What happens if I exceed my plan limits?

Overage rates apply above the included allowance. We never hard-block a session mid-flight — recording and streaming keep working. Paid overages add to your next invoice.
