You can. Cloud recording produces a 720p30 composite that you can publish from your LMS, your marketing site, or any video host you already use.

Does LiveClass handle registration pages and emails?

Not in the current standalone scope. Registration, email reminders, and post-event follow-ups are typically handled inside the LMS (BrainCert, Learnly) or your marketing tools. LiveClass focuses on running the live session well.
